    Format/Venue: In-person at Chan Meditation Center
    Fee: Free! Donation is welcome.

      A half-day retreat in the morning...
          A half-day retreat in the afternoon...

    Give yourself a day or half a day to relax, calm the mind and simply just be.

    You may choose to participate in the morning or in the afternoon according to your schedule but it's suggested that you stay for the entire session(s). The programs include sitting meditation, eight-form moving meditation or mindful yoga, and a dharma talk.

    Anyone who has taken the Beginner's Meditation Workshop / Intro to Basic Meditation or has previous experience in Chan/Zen practice is welcome to join.

    * A light vegan lunch will be served.
    * COVID regulation update: Mask wearing is now optional.
