Give yourself a day to relax, calm the mind and simply just be.
The day will consist of periods of sittings interspersed with eight-form moving meditation, mindful yoga and walking meditation. There are also Dharma talks as well as a review of meditation methods or guided meditations if needed.
Anyone who has taken the Beginner's Meditation Workshop / Intro to Basic Meditation or has previous experience in Chan/Zen practice is welcome to join.
