    禪修能讓您放鬆身心、安定身心,培養心清楚的覺照力,是一種內省鍊心的方法和工夫。此課程將簡單介紹禪修的方法和觀念,引導簡易的禪坐、體驗呼吸和放鬆,並分享平常日用中正念的練習。

    此為線上禪修,透過網路 Zoom 軟體進行,需要自備電腦、平板或手機連線,並請確定電源充足。禪修中需開啓錄像鏡頭,以了解學員的學習狀況,和凝聚網路共修之參與感。

    注意事項:
    1. 找一個安靜,不受干擾的角落。
    2. 為避免干擾,請事先讓家人知道,參加線上禪修課程。
    3. 備好個人用功的方墊蒲團或座椅。
    4. 活動將有攝影或錄影,以作紀錄與報導用。如您不願意被攝錄, 請讓我們知道,感恩您的護持參與。
