    This workshop is for those who are new to Chan meditation. The course will give you a basic introduction to the theory and practice of meditation in sitting and walking, as well as the mindfulness practice in daily life. You will get to learn and experience meditation, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help you become more focus, settled, and clearly aware.
