    Learn about the benefits of Yoga and Mindfulness. Yoga and Mindfulness include learning specific poses, and methods that cultivate awareness, improved connections between your body and mind. Spend a few hours discovering how to wake up to your inner and outer worlds. Loose clothing is recommended.
