Venue: In-person at Chan Meditation Center
In addition to our regular online Tuesday Sitting program, we are now holding in-person meditation sessions on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month at Chan Meditation Center. The program will include 8-form moving meditation, sitting meditation, and yoga exercises followed by a discussion of the book “Zen Wisdom.” (if you wish, you are welcome to join us for just part of the program.) A light vegetarian lunch will be served.
All attendees must wear masks and it’s strongly recommended that anyone attending our in-person meditations be fully vaccinated.
The session includes:
1. Moving & Sitting Meditation, Yoga exercise and Self-Massage
2. Book Discussion (on the book of “Zen Wisdom”)
