A half-day retreat in the afternoon...
Give yourself a day or half a day to relax, calm the mind and simply just be.
You may choose to participate in the morning or in the afternoon according to your schedule but it's suggested that you stay for the entire session(s). The programs include sitting meditation, eight-form moving meditation or mindful yoga, and a dharma talk.
Anyone who has taken the Beginner's Meditation Workshop / Intro to Basic Meditation or has previous experience in Chan/Zen practice is welcome to join.
Registration is required. Please register online.
* A light vegetarian lunch will be served.
* All attendees must wear masks and it’s strongly recommended that anyone attending this in-person workshop be fully vaccinated.
