  • This workshop is designed for those who are new to Chan meditation.

    Teachers will introduce Buddhist meditation, including methods in sitting, breathing, walking, standing, and sleeping. Participants will become familiar with gentle yoga, self-massage techniques, and how to manage difficulties that may arise during meditation.
