  • Many scientific studies have shown the benefits of mindfulness in many aspects of our lives, including our physical and mental well-being, our relationships and performance at school and at work etc. How to live life mindfully then? This Retreat will guide you how to apply meditation and mindfulness concepts/methods in different forms of daily activities, such as sitting, standing, walking, exercising, eating, and more.
