    Devotional Chanting of Amitabha Buddha’s Name. Bodhisattva Precept Recitation Ritual every last Monday of each month.

    All who have previous experience in meditation are welcome. Activities include sitting and walking meditations, yoga exercises, book discussion and recitation of the Heart Sutra.
  • Thursday Evening Tai Chi Moving Meditation

    INSTRUCTOR: DAVID NGO
    Experience the great depth of Chan practice through the combination of Ta-chi with meditation. All levels are welcome. $80 for 16 classes or $25 per month.
    First class is free for newcomers.

  • Saturday Sitting

    Saturday, 9:30am~3:00pm
    Open to all who have previous experience in meditation. Each period is half an hour with yoga exercises in between sittings. Participants can join for the morning or afternoon session or both.

    MONTHLY
  • 1-Day Chan Retreat
  • Last Saturday, 9:00am~5:00pm
    Give yourself a day for meditation -- a day to still the mind. The retreat includes Dharma talks, guided meditation, yoga exercises, and also helps us learn how to apply methods and mindfulness while sitting, walking, exercising, working, eating, and during all other activities.
    Free of Charge! Donation is welcome.

    Buddhists and non-Buddhists between ages 18-35 are welcome! Come join us for Discussions on bringing Relaxation, Clarity & Mind-fulness to daily life, and various programs such as Chan Yoga, Outdoor Chan, Tea Meditation, Calligraphy Chan, Mindful Cooking and Eating, Mindful Chanting and Instrument Practice......
